We respect your privacy. Below you will find, in plain terms, what data we process about you, why, for how long and what rights you have. This follows Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

Jaké údaje zpracováváme

Rezervace stolu

To make a reservation we need your name and e-mail, optionally a phone number, plus the date and time, number of guests and any note. Without these we cannot arrange the reservation or get back to you if the time cannot be confirmed.

Legal basis: steps taken prior to entering into a contract and its performance, i.e. securing your table (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We keep the data while the reservation is being handled and for up to 12 months afterwards in case of a complaint or dispute.

Odběr novinek

If you subscribe, we process your e-mail address on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You may withdraw consent at any time — via the link in every message or by e-mailing the address above. We keep the address until consent is withdrawn.

Kontaktní formulář

We process what you write to us — typically your name, e-mail and the text of your message — so that we can reply. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We keep messages for up to 12 months.

Cookies a měření návštěvnosti

This website uses no analytics or marketing cookies and does not track visitors. We do not deploy Google Analytics, advertising pixels or similar tools. There is therefore nothing for you to accept or refuse.

Komu údaje předáváme

We do not sell your data to anyone. The technical operation of the website and content management system is provided for us by PMLOGY s.r.o. as a processor, bound by a data processing agreement. Data is stored on servers in the European Union; we do not transfer it outside the EU.

We may disclose data to public authorities where required by law.

Vaše práva

• to know what data we process about you and obtain a copy,
• to have inaccurate data corrected and unnecessary data erased,
• to restrict processing or object to it,
• to receive your data in a machine-readable format and pass it elsewhere,
• to withdraw consent at any time (withdrawal does not affect processing carried out beforehand),
• to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
